Ourspace (517) is a creative consulting firm based in Michigan's State Capital, Lansing. 

The firm's origins focused on community development and corridor activation, promoting the celebration of culture, and increased access to holistic wellness. Under the separately incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit Ourspace Foundation, the group began its work by hosting culture festivals, conferences, and workshops in 2021.  

Ourspace programs quickly grew into the largest culture-based festivals in Mid-Michigan, attracting thousands into local corridors, driving traffic into local businesses, increasing access to resources, information, and services, and positioning the Capital City as a premier tourist and cultural destination. 

Ourspace handled all marketing, video production, strategy development, and advertising in-house. As many local vendors and businesses based in the corridors Ourspace programs took place, and event sponsors and funders inquired about receiving marketing and video production services, The Ourspace Foundation expanded to offer creative consultancy and marketing services to local, regional, and national businesses and brands. 

Today, Ourspace (517)'s team is made up of marketers, videographers, consultants, strategists, and contractors, working to amplify the stories of partnering organizations.
